Who here is or isn't? I've been a vegetarian for almost 3 years now and I am slowly converting myself to vegan. Please no arguing about if peta is bad or not I'm just curious of who is and isn't.

I wish I could do it, but I hate vegetables. I don't like the taste of fresh vegetables and I like the taste of meat so...as much as I would love to eat healthy and save animals, I would die of starvation if I stopped eating meat. I actually prefer the taste of soy burgers and other vegan friendly imitation meats, but I can't afford it and between sleep and work, I wouldn't have time to prepare any meals.

I've had no red meat since I was 11, but I always said I'd go vegetarian when I moved out, which I did in September. So it was a really easy transition because I'm used to the whole concept of replacing meat with soya and eating more veg and stuff.

I'm friends with a couple vegans so I get a lot of hints and stuff from them, including one of my best friends, so when we're together we always cook vegan. It's actually a lot easier than you'd think.

Oh and quorn is awesome 'cause you don't have to worry about food poisoning hahaha.

Which quorn chicken? You get the fillets, the small tiny bits that are good for stir fries, the nuggets, and all the quorn burgers too. And fajita strips.

It's so fucking easy to go veggie if you have access to it all, I know a lot of people who eat quorn but aren't vegetarian because it's easier to cook and way cheaper than actual meat, at least it is here

If you just buy the mince on its own it kinda sucks but the things with mince in them (like the Cottage Pie ready meal) are AH-MAY-ZING. I'd eat that until I died.

The Linda McCartney sausage rolls are also amazing, you get like 6 medium sized ones for 99p and they're really good for eating between classes or lunch breaks and stuff (that's what I do anyway) and they're vegan friendly
